The news on television and in the press that Conrad Black, former proprietor of the Daily Telegraph has gone to prison is very satisfying. Serves the fat smug bastard right I say. Its always nice to see another Thatcherite crook get their just desserts.

Well yeah I know but the reason I can't help sniggering as I think of Conrad in the shower, afraid to bend down to pick up his soap, is that his wife and co-conspirator, after a sneering attack on Neil kinnock following his shock election defeat in 1992, said "what's wrong with gloating at a loser."
